On July 26-28, 2018, we presented a poster at the 2018 AHA Leadership Summit entitled, “Aligning system-wide service lines to change culture and execute organizational strategies: A collaborative partnership approach.” Our session explored how, through a focused development effort on collaborative leadership, Catholic Health Initiatives – Texas Division created a new Service Line Leadership Model, where administrative, physician, nurse, and academic leaders partnered at every hospital, service line, and market to execute on their strategy.
