Dr. Caldwell is an executive coach and  a professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University and the creator of the “Intelligent Influence” framework for individual and organizational success. Dr. Caldwell has over 18 years of experience as a corporate management consultant and executive coach in addition to having the honor of leading Intelligent Influence® consulting projects for a diverse set of corporate, government and nonprofit clients.

Her experience spans multiple industries with several global organizations: Johnson & Johnson, Ingersoll-Rand, PepsiCo, and ADP.  Having grown up in India, and then living in the US, she is passionate about fostering inclusive and global cultures. Binwa’s perspective comes from managing talent in over 20 countries across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Binwa partners with executives and teams to co-create relationships with empathy that inspire trust, questioning that invites discovery, and active listening that furthers the client’s agenda.

Michael Lindemann, PhD

Mike Lindemann has a background as a health care provider and as a leadership development executive in Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical companies. He has personally helped to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives, including the accompanying communications and messaging initiatives, the restructuring of roles and organizational units, and providing support to those impacted. His corporate experience also includes responsibility for diversity and inclusion, at the systemic level as well as “micro-inequities” experienced by individuals. Both in his personal and career experience, and as a coach and consultant, Mike has direct experience of transformational change and of diversity in national origin, culture, gender, and educational background. He thrives on sharing experiences and insights, and on fostering the growth of his clients.
