As leaders within the health industry, regardless of sector or position, we all have a vested interest in creating solutions to enhance the health and wellness of the communities we serve. However, understanding what the needs are of our communities requires leaders to envision a new future, one which takes into account not only the services and products your organization provides, but also focuses on the social determinants of health.

This webinar explored how health leaders can best understand and address the broader determinants of health. In this webinar, population health experts Dr. Drew Harris and Dr. Rickie Brawer from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia:
